Our mission is to form an organization of members that work together to share vital information about the rental market and leverage our assets to promote health and stability in the rental housing business.
Membership to the Greater Salem Landlords Association
Is made up of both small and large property owners who share common concerns that affect the rental housing industry, housing in general and individuals’ rights as property owners and taxpayers.
All local income property owners and managers are encouraged to join the Greater Salem Landlords. Benefits include:
